About Bodaline

Bodaline is a mobile platform that helps passengers in Uganda find and contact registered boda boda (motorcycle taxi) riders. We provide a directory service — we do not employ, dispatch, or control any rider listed on the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in Uganda to use Bodaline. By using this service you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Adding Rider Profiles

When you add a rider profile, you confirm that:

• • The rider has given explicit consent to be listed on this platform.
• • All information provided is accurate and up to date.
• • You have the rider's permission to share their name and phone number.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Bodaline may remove any listing that receives complaints or appears inaccurate.

Prohibited Uses

• • Submitting false, misleading, or duplicate rider information
• • Using the platform to harass, stalk, or harm any rider or user
• • Scraping or automating access to rider data
• • Using rider contact details for spam or unsolicited commercial messages
• • Impersonating a rider or another user

Disclaimer

Bodaline is a directory service only. We do not vet, endorse, or guarantee the conduct, reliability, or safety of any rider listed. All arrangements between passengers and riders are made independently. Use this service at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ugandan law, Bodaline and its team shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of this platform or from any interaction with a rider you found through Bodaline.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bodaline after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda.
